Wainaku Executive Center Rental Information

Wedding Ceremonies, Receptions, Special Events & Meetings

Our facility can accommodate both small gatherings and large parties!

Weddings Include a one hour rehearsal scheduled during business hours (M-F 9 am-3 pm)

Consult with your Venue Manager for a custom proposal for your event

What you need to reserve your date: 50% Deposit, Damage deposit, Rental Agreement signed by you (renter) and the Venue.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to hold the event date. The deposit is refundable within 3 days. After 3 days, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total invoice amount. A proposal is good for 7 days. A damage deposit is also required with rental reservation starting at $500. Damage Deposits are 100% refundable after your event pending that no damage occurs during your event.

Balance: Your balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

Payment methods: Credit Card, Check & Money Order. Please make all Checks Payable to "Wainaku Ventures"

Event Insurance must be submitted to the venue 2 weeks prior to your event. You can obtain this through Markel Event Insurance

Rental Time: Rates are based on per hour from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Your custom rental time is accounted by first person in to the last person out, including vendor(s). (i.e. 1:00 PM setup begins, Ceremony at 3:30 PM, Reception at 5:00 PM, Event concludes at 9:00 PM, Building closes at 10:00 PM) Event must conclude at least one hour before rental time ends. 

Overtime: Per fifteen minutes or any portion thereof, onsite before or after rental times, $100.00 per each occurrence

What your rental includes: Large Event Room-1260 sq. ft., Small Event Room- 400 sq. ft., Front Lanai- 1000 sq. ft., Lawn , Amphitheater (All Located on the lower floor of venue)

Includes the Use Of: (50) Onsite Parking Stalls, (15) 60 Inch Round Tables, (120) Folding Chairs, (3) 8 ft. Banquet Tables, (8) High Boy Tables, (5) Large Trashcans, (10) Metal Patio Tables, (40) Metal Patio Chairs. Furniture quantities are subject to change; renters may also bring in their own tables, chairs, etc.

Setup & Breakdown Fee $350.00

Setup & Breakdown of WAINAKU tables & chairs are done by Venue staff ONLY. Your venue contact will work with you on a layout 30 days prior to your event. Once setup is confirmed we will have your setup completed by the time your rental time begins. This includes rubbish bins and liners and trash removal. Renters are responsible for general clean up (food, decor, etc). Anything renters bring in to be removed by renters by end of rental time.


Additional Services offered by the venue:

Bar Service- Please see Bar Service sheet.

Additional Rooms- Kitchenette- $200, Garage & 3-Compartment Sink Area- $200,

Koa Boardroom- $75 per hour *during rental time

Removal of Patio tables & Chairs- $250, To Remove WEC Patio Tables and Chairs from the Lanai

*All rates are plus Hawaii Sales tax and plus 20% Service charge

OFF Limit Areas:

Second Floor (Boardroom access granted during Boardroom rental time ONLY. Boardroom rental end time--all belongings must be cleared from boardroom)

Cement Slab on Ocean side when coming down the main driveway. This area has no railings and is off of the cliffs edge. No persons are allowed here.

Old infrastructure on the hill. There are pieces of metal rebar sticking out and no lighting in this area. No persons are allowed here.

*All children must be monitored at all times. The property is large and it is easy for children to get lost.
